1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Temno Modro d.o.o., Savska cesta 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“we”, “us”), which operates arso.lol and the arso.lol connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude (together, “arso.lol”). By using arso.lol you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use the connector, the terms of the assistant you use it in apply as well.

2. The service

arso.lol shows current weather, observations and forecasts for weather stations in Slovenia. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with the Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO). The data comes from ARSO’s public weather data; measurements can be delayed or missing and forecasts can be wrong. Please don’t rely on arso.lol where the weather could put you at risk — for official forecasts and weather warnings see meteo.arso.gov.si.

arso.lol is free to use. The website shows ads; the connector does not.

3. Fair use

You may use arso.lol for your own personal purposes. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, don’t interfere with its operation or ads, and don’t scrape the website or send automated high-volume requests to its pages, JSON feeds or connector. We may limit or block traffic that abuses the service.

4. Ownership

The arso.lol website, design and name belong to Temno Modro d.o.o. or its licensors. Weather data remains the property of its source, ARSO. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use arso.lol, not ownership of any of it.

5. Provided as is

arso.lol is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including plans made on a forecast that turned out wrong. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Changes

We may change arso.lol and these terms. When the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; if you keep using arso.lol after that, the new terms apply. We may discontinue features or the service.

7. Privacy

How arso.lol handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
